Warranty
Rodinia warrants all Rodinia LLC instruments purchased directly from either Rodinia or its authorized dealers in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
All Rodinia instruments are guaranteed against any defects in material and workmanship only when used for their intended surgical purpose for a period of two years from the invoice date.
Within this two year period, any Rodinia product that proves defective in workmanship or material will either be repaired or replaced, at Rodinia’s discretion, without charge. After this two year period expires, replacement will no longer be an option and the cost of repairs will be charged for any and all repair services.
Warranty Exceptions
Products not purchased from Rodinia LLC, either directly or indirectly, will not be covered under warranty.
This warranty is void for Rodinia instruments serviced by any person or facility other than the Rodinia Instrument Repair Services. This warranty is also void for any customer made, custom etched or neutralized products.
Warranties are not valid for Rodinia instruments that prove defective as a result of improper care, cleaning, or misuse. Instruments or products that are damaged in fire, flood or other acts or disasters are also excluded from warranty.
Except as set forth in these Terms and Conditions, Rodinia makes no other representations and warranties regarding its instruments, either expressed or implied. In addition, in no event will Rodinia be liable for any incidental, special or exemplary damages or loss of profits in connection with the use of Rodinia instruments.
